Q1. How is your quality?
A1. We have a very seriously control system(ERP system). We guarantee the high performance of our products.
Q2. How do you control lens quality?
A2. Producing process is in vacuum dust-free shop, like prepare material, mixed material and take out uncoated optical lens .
Every piece lens must go through three time expericed inspectors, uc lens inspection, hc lens inspection, then hmc lens inspection.
Q3. How to check the durability of optical lens coating?
A3. After coating, we carry out salt water boiling experiment for optical lens.
Experiment 1: we put 4 pieces lens into 5% salt boling water for 15 minus, then, check, if no coating drop from lens, or no coating crack performance, the quality is OK.
Experiment 2: lens in 5% boliling salt water for 2 minus, cold water 1 minus, boil and cold water times, no coating crack, drop, then ok.
Q4. How about your optical lens production ability per day ?
A4. . about 40000 pairs/day.
